Whether you're exploring counseling, parent coaching, group support, or one of our holistic services, this free 15-minute consultation is designed to help you take the next right step. During this call, we’ll discuss what you're looking for, share how The Well Connected Family supports individuals, couples, and families especially those navigating foster care, adoption, or trauma and guide you toward the service that best fits your needs. This is a no pressure opportunity to ask questions and connect in a safe, supportive space.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review the following policy: Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a fee. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged, except in cases of emergency. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session and do not cancel in advance, a $25 no-show fee will apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 rescheduling fee, unless due to an emergency. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unexpected events occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your session. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all families with care and consistency.
